Coca-Cola Roxy Rules

The Coca-Cola Roxy has some of the hottest concerts and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.

Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Guests attending a show at the Coca-Cola Roxy are expected to comply with venue rules at all times. When entering the venue, all guests may be subject to security checks looking for prohibited items.

Accessibility Policy

The Coca-Cola Roxy is committed to providing full ADA-approved accommodations to its guests. This includes a fully accessible venue and appropriate assistance for persons with limited mobility, as well as limited vision or hearing. It’s best to contact the venue as soon as possible to discuss how the Coca-Cola Roxy and staff can assist you.

Bag Policy

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, the venue has implemented the following bag policy: They will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). 

Event staff reserves the right to inspect bags before allowing entry.

Any bag you take to the Coca-Cola Roxy must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in size. Small clutch bags or purses up to 6” x 9” are also allowed. Any larger bags, backpacks, or cases will be refused entry. All bags are searched on entry, so bringing a clear bag will make this process go more quickly.

service animals policy

No pets are allowed inside the venue, including emotional support animals. Service animals that are controlled with a leash, harness, or tethered are allowed. There may be exceptions if this stops them from carrying out their work.

Child Policy

Every patron must have a ticket, regardless of age. Most shows are open to all ages, though there will be details on your tickets if any shows are age-restricted.

Camera Policy

NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.

If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.

Lost and Found Policy

If you lose your items then please check with event staff before you leave to ask about any lost and found items. You may also contact the venue at (470) 351- 3866 Ext 38186.

Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).

Mask Policy

Events at The Coca-Cola Roxy may require that masks be worn unless you are eating or drinking.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items at The Coca-Cola Roxy include:

  • Outside food and drink.
  • Oversized bags (please see the bag policy)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drugs and illegal substances
  • Recording equipment, including Go-Pros and selfie sticks
  • Professional camera equipment, including detachable lenses and tripods
  • Unsealed liquids or gels
  • Harmful jewelry or clothing, such as spikes
  • Poster tubes
  • Stuffed animals and toys
  • Flowers
  • Flags and posters
  • Hand fans
  • Glow sticks
  • Markers, paint markers, and Sharpies
  • Wallet chains not attached to wallets
  • Prescription medications not in their prescribed original container.

This prohibited items list is non-exhaustive and subject to change by venue management.

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

The Coca-Cola Roxy reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Cash policy

The Coca-Cola Roxy is a cashless payment venue. All outlets, including merchandise and refreshments, will only accept debit cards, credit cards, or mobile payment methods.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Generally, re-entry is not allowed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Coca-Cola Roxy will only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance.

Smoking Rules

The Coca-Cola Roxy is an indoor venue with a total no-smoking policy. Guests may ask venue staff for directions to dedicated external smoking areas.

Ticket Policy
